1. Service Description
GenioLibre – Marketing Tools for ODOO is an integration tool that enables users to publish content directly to TikTok from their ODOO environment using TikTok’s official API in a secure, compliant, and authorized way.
2. License of Use
We grant a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use this application under these Terms.
You may not:
- Modify, distribute, resell, or sublicense the app without permission.
- Use it to violate laws or TikTok’s policies.
- Attempt to access or alter restricted areas of the application.
3. User Obligations
Users agree to:
- Use the app only for legitimate business purposes.
- Comply with TikTok’s API terms and developer policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of their TikTok credentials and tokens.
- Be responsible for all content published via the app.
4. TikTok API Integration
Our app connects through TikTok’s official API. When authorizing, you grant permission for limited data access, including:
- video.upload – to publish videos on your behalf.
- user.info.basic – to identify your TikTok account.

video.list – to retrieve and display your uploaded videos inside Odoo.
These scopes are used only to perform actions you explicitly request within Odoo.
We do not store or share your TikTok data beyond what’s needed for the integration to work.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property related to GenioLibre (software, branding, materials) remains the exclusive property of GenioLibre.
6. Limitation of Liability
GenioLibre shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of this integration or any third-party APIs.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be published on our website at https://geniolibre.com.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Peru. Any dispute shall be resolved under Peruvian jurisdiction.
